On behalf of IALCCE 2025 delegates, the Conference Organisers (ASN Events) have secured a number of discounted accommodation rooms at a range of hotels in Melbourne within walking distance from the Conference venue, the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Bookings can be made during the registration process. During this process, you will need to select the available room type, arrival and departure dates, and provide full prepayment in advance to secure your booking.
All rates are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of all taxes and charges. Rates are for room-only, up to two person occupancy. Some hotels offer breakfast as an inclusion, so please select your room type carefully.
Full pre-payment is required by Friday 30 May, no later than 45 days prior to check-in, and bookings are non-refundable within 30 days of the Conference commencing (Friday 13 June).

If you have given out your credit card information to BTM or anyone who called you about booking hotel rooms for IALCCE 2025 call your credit card company immediately, alert them to the scam, and deny the charge.
