How to download the letter:
Log on to the registration dashboard as a returning delegate by entering your email and password.
Scroll the menu to the 'Document' section and select the button 'Enter Details'.
Every field must be filled in for a Visa letter to be generated. Once all details have been filled in, click 'GO'. You will be taken back to the main screen and now a button 'Download Letter' will appear and by clicking this it will generate a PDF visa letter.
Please email the Conference Secretariat if you are having difficulties downloading a Letter of Invitation from your dashboard.

Booking Your Flights
The conference will be held in Melbourne.
The Melbourne Airport (MEL), also known as Tullamarine Airport, is the closest major airport to the venue and offers regular domestic and international flights. It serves as a key hub with connections to all major Australian cities, including Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, and Canberra, as well as numerous global destinations. The two main Australian domestic airlines are Virgin Australia & Qantas, with additional services from Jetstar and Rex Airlines.
For international travelers, the best flight routes to Melbourne typically connect via major Australian cities such as Sydney, Brisbane, and Adelaide, or directly from key global hubs, including Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, and London.
Additionally, Air New Zealand provides non-stop flights from Auckland to Melbourne year-round.

You can find current exchange rates here.
Tipping in Australia is not expected.
Instead, a service charge may be added to your bill. The service charge will usually be declared on the menu if you're in a cafe or restaurant. -
