Full Paper Guidelines
On strong request from many authors and given the seasons break in the month, the decision has been made to extend the deadline for Full Paper submissions to Friday 31st January 2025.

The full paper submission guidelines as provided by the publisher, including important forms and typesetting instructions are available to view and download here. Do not start your paper preparation until you have viewed these instructions.
Full papers will need to be lodged no later than Friday 31st January 2025 to allow peer review by your colleagues. The lodgement portal will be through your Currinda account as a returning user, the link is provided here for your convenience. Steps:
Click on the Abstracts Tab, followed by 'View Submission' Button. This will direct you to a new page to upload your full paper in PDF, Word or LaTeX Only the one document is required at this stage in the submission.
Once and if your full paper has been accepted, you will be advised of the final portal for uploading the Final Paper (Word/LaTeX and PDF) and Must Sign Forms.
Remember your deadline is before Friday 31st January 2025
It is a condition of acceptance of full papers that one of the author(s) of the paper needs to register to attend the symposium to present in person. If you have not already done so, please register here.
To ensure inclusion in the program, all presenters are required to register and pay by Friday 14th February 2025 to prevent your paper being withdrawn from the proceedings. Details of your position and timing in the program will be communicated in the coming months.
Following these instructions ensures a consistent, professional appearance across all published materials. Please adhere closely to the formatting standards to streamline the publication process and maintain uniformity.

Formatting Guidelines
Please ensure you read the table below AND download the template under Section 2 below.
Font | Times New Roman, 11 pt for main text, 10 pt for tables, figure captions, and references |
Paragraph | Single-spaced, 12 pt line spacing (except for the small text, 10 pt line spacing) |
Margin | Top: 2.5 cm, Bottom: 3.0 cm, Left: 3.0 cm, Right: 3.0 cm (A4 paper) |

Format | MS Word-compatible file (MsWord or LaTeX, templates provided below and the file converted to PDF |
Total Pages | Final papers are to be between 6 and 8 pages in length. |
